Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...

Oh, Christmas tree,
Oh, Christmas tree,
Don't come 'til after turkey.

Oh, Christmas tree
Oh, Christmas tree
And all the can-shaped cranberry.

Each year, it seems, you come more soon,
Next year, maybe, the month of June.

Oh, Christmas tree,
Oh, Christmas tree,
Early December is good for me.

Note to Self: This rendition of the Christmas classic is dedicated to the overachieving, Christmas-loving ladies at the National Police Wives Association. Happy holidays.

I'm with you on this. I hate that Thanksgiving is pushed aside for Christmas. We never put up our Christmas decor until after Thanksgiving.

And gorgeous view from your backyard!

HaHa... Love it MJ :)

Everytime I pass a house with Christmas decor up already I think of those certain overachievers and say, hey, I bet that could be so-in-so's house. LOL

you all are lucky to have thanksgiving and halloween to get in the way of ridiculous retailers who start pushing chistmas way to early. It starts around september in Australia. The decorations and wrap are in the shops, late october the actual decorations went up in the malls, and the adverts and catalogues have ben comming for a week or 2 now...

My Christmas tree is already here. I am one of those can't wait even one more minute kind of people when it comes to Christmas ;-)
