I feel like I have been on the brink of an anxiety attack all morning. I'm just trying to stay super-busy, hoping it will eventually subside. But the feeling has been going on for hours.

I haven't had an attack in well over a year, and I thought I would be free and clear.
Now I am wishing I hadn't let my prescription for Klonopin lapse. I never even got to try the stuff.

I guess it doesn't help that I had coffee this morning... But I've been feeling nauseated and shaky all day. So forgive me while I go curl up and hide in the bathroom for an hour or so.

I don't think I'll be writing any more today - hopefully I'll be better tomorrow, and you'll be given something worth reading.

Note to Self:
Don't think I'm not still watching your competition numbers though. No slacking! It's all over on Monday...

Sorry you're having a rough day, but TGIF. Hopefully you'll get some R&R (or Y&R whatever blows your hair back) this weekend.

((((MJ))) I'm sorry your day is sucky. Hope you get some you-time this weekend.

Ive never had one, that I know of...but they were described to me this way:
that feeling you have when you comethisclose to having a car accident...that cant catch your breath, heart racing kinda feeling.
is that pretty accurate?

Hope your weekend is better!

I blame the competition for your under-the-weather-iness-not-feeling-well-ies-sickness.

J - Thanks for the well wishes. I did get to sleep in until 10AM today, which is pretty unusual.

K - Don't say Colby sent you! LOL, your sites are in the running too (and doing quite well actually).

SM - Thanks as usual. It's always nice to know someone out there "gets it."

VV - Something like that, only it lasts about ten times longer. It's an "I-have-to-do-something-now-or-I'll-die" feeling.

Livin - Maybe I should just give you the award and be done with it, eh? Good try.

Good idea, MJ. I graciously accept the award. :) I would like to thank Free Pizza for making this possible. Also, I would like to thank whatever higher power I believe in, because the winning of this award was, obviously, the sole doing of said higher power, who has nothing better to do than to help me win such awards. Thank you, thank you all.
