This is the story of a little tyrant named Hugo.
(Hat Tip: Ace of Spades)
Once upon a time, there was a crazy, little man named Hugo in a sad, little place called Venezuela. Hugo was the ruler of Venezuela, and he could often be seen walking around his country beating his chest with his fists and saying "I am Hugo! I own Venezuela! I hate Americans! Raaar!"
Although people in other countries did not like Hugo, they just ignored him and let him go on being a bully. Hugo was not just a crazy, little man, however. He was also friends with lots of other crazy and loud little men. These friends of Hugo would do mean things to other people, and Hugo would clap and giggle with glee.
But one day, a little country known as Columbia kicked the crap out of Hugo's friends. This made Hugo very angry, and he stamped his feet and beat his chest and yelled "I am Hugo! I own Venezuela! I hate Americans! RAAAAR!"
Everyone just laughed at sad, little Hugo. The more they laughed, the more mad Hugo became. The more Hugo stamped his feet and yelled, the more people laughed.
Eventually America got tired of it and told the little tyrant to shut up or they would no longer buy oil from him.
The End
Note to Self: The Napoleon complex is alive and well.
